End User 8-bit RSA Cipher Text Reader License Agreement 

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End User 8-bit RSA Cipher Text
Reader License Agreement ("EU8RCTRLA") is a legal agreement
between you and me for the key and work that accompanies this
EU8RCTRLA. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EU8RCTRLA
BY READING OR OTHERWISE USING THE KEY AND WORK. IF YOU DO NOT
AGREE, DO NOT READ OR USE THE KEY AND WORK.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. I grant you the following rights provided
that you comply with all terms and conditions of this EU8RCTRLA:

1.1 Reading and use. You may read, use, access, display and run
one instance of the work on a single computer, such as a
workstation, terminal or other device ("Workstation Computer").
The work may not be used by more than one processor ever on any
single Workstation Computer. The work may not be used by more
than one person. The work may be used only once. You may not
look over the shoulder of your peers. You may not read this work
in a mirror. You must forget reading the work when have finished.

1.2 Mandatory Activation. The license rights granted under this
EU8RCTRLA are limited to the first thirty (30) days after you
first received the secret single decimal prime decryption key.
The RSA cryptographic technology is designed to prevent
unlicensed use of the Work. Those measures are used to confirm
you have a legally licensed instance of the key. If you are not
using a licensed instance of the key, you are not allowed to
read the work or future updates.

2. DIGITAL RESTRICTIONS MANAGEMENT. The content provider is using the
digital restrictions management technology contained in this Software
("DRM") to protect the revenue stream of their content ( "Secure
Content") so that their intellectual property, including
copyright, in such content is not misappropriated. If the DRM
Software's security has been compromised, I may revoke the
DRM Software's right to copy, display and/or play Secure
Content. You therefore agree that I may revoke your right to use
your computer at any time.

3. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP. I reserve all rights not
expressly granted to you in this EU8RCTRLA. The work is
protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and
treaties. I own the title, copyright, and other intellectual
property rights in the work. The work and key is licensed, not
sold. You agree to sell me your soul.

4. NO RENTAL/COMMERCIAL HOSTING. You may not rent, lease, lend
or provide commercial hosting services of the work. You may
not enjoy the work. You may not share it with others, verbally,
or otherwise.

5. NOT FOR RESALE. The work and key may not be sold or otherwise
transferred for value, or used for any purpose other than one
time reading. Even conteplating making money shall result in
loss of all rights with regard to this work.

6. WORK TRANSFER. Internal. You may not move the work nor key to
a different Workstation Computer.

7. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, I will
terminate this EU8RCTRLA if you fail to comply with the terms
and conditions of this EU8RCTRLA. In such event, you must
destroy your instance of the work and key while giving yourself
a weggie.

LIMITATION ON REMEDIES; NO CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES. Your
exclusive remedy for any breach of this Limited Warranty is as
set forth below. Except for any refund elected by myself, YOU
ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR CONDITION
OF TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, QUIET POSSESSION, CORRESPONDENCE TO
DESCRIPTION OR NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE.

9. EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL AND CERTAIN OTHER
DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN
NO EVENT SHALL I BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
(INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR
CONFIDENTIAL OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,
FOR PERSONAL INJURY, FOR LOSS OF PRIVACY, FOR FAILURE TO MEET
ANY DUTY INCLUDING OF GOOD FAITH OR OF REASONABLE CARE, FOR
NEGLIGENCE, AND FOR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR OTHER LOSS
WHATSOEVER) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF
OR INABILITY TO USE THE WORK OR KEY, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE
TO PROVIDE SUPPORT OR OTHER SERVICES, INFORMATON, AND RELATED
CONTENT, OR OTHERWISE UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PROVISION
OF THIS EU8RCTRLA, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF THE FAULT, TORT
(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), MISREPRESENTATION, STRICT LIABILITY,
BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OF MYSELF, AND EVEN IF
I HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND REMEDIES. Notwithstanding any
damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever
(including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein
and all direct or general damages in contract or anything else),
the entire liability of myself and any of its suppliers under
any provision of this EU8RCTRLA and your exclusive remedy
hereunder (except for any remedy of repair or replacement
elected by myself with respect to any breach of the Limited
Warranty) shall be limited to the greater of the actual damages
you incur in reasonable reliance on the work up to the amount
actually paid by you for the work. The foregoing limitations,
exclusions and disclaimers (including Sections 15, 16 and 17)
shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
even if any remedy fails its essential purpose.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SEVERABILITY. This EU8RCTRLA (including
any addendum or amendment to this EU8RCTRLA which is included
with the work and key) is the entire agreement between you and
me relating to the work and key and the support services (if
any) and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or
written communications, proposals and representations with
respect to the work and key or any other subject matter covered
by this EU8RCTRLA. To the extent the terms of any policies or
programs for support services conflict with the terms of this
EU8RCTRLA, the terms of this EU8RCTRLA shall control. If any
provision of this EU8RCTRLA is held to be void, invalid,
unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall continue in
full force and effect.

Exclusion of All Other Terms - To the maximum extent permitted
by applicable law and subject to the guarantee above, I disclaim
all warranties, conditions and other terms, either express or
implied (whether by statute, common law, collaterally or
otherwise) including but not limited to implied warranties of
satisfactory quality and fitness for particular purpose with
respect to the Software and the written materials that accompany
the Software. Any implied warranties that cannot be excluded are
limited to 90 days or to the shortest period permitted by
applicable law, whichever is greater.
